It's been a wonderful first week of school! The children are settling in beautifully, and the classrooms are already buzzing with learning and excitement. Each day, we have the privilege of caring for and teaching 750 amazing students—what a joy it is!

Regular day bell schedule:
7:10 a.m. Students may enter the school building
7:30 a.m. Students are released to classrooms
7:40 a.m. Tardy bell rings and instruction begins
8:45 a.m. Official attendance reporting time
3:05 p.m. End of day

Kids Club pick-up starts at 3:30 p.m.
Afternoon transportation changes should be submitted to the front office by 1:00 p.m.
When picking up early, please try to pick your child up before 2:30 p.m. if possible.
The school zone is a no cell phone zone
Please do not use or park on Peabody Place or the bus lane behind the school for thru traffic.
Please do not park in front of DSMS along Tiger Lane.
Please do not cut through the Whim shopping center parking lot.
Just a note, our staff uses a traffic system that requires them to be on their phones to account for students during dismissal.
