These agreements are designed to benefit Michigan high school students by awarding university credit for successfully completing classes in the following state-approved secondary CTE programs. After students are admitted to NMU, they may apply for articulated credit and if the general conditions and requirements are met, NMU credits will be awarded.

No Tuition Charged: Students will not be charged tuition for any courses for which they receive articulated credit through these agreements.

General conditions and requirements:
Applications must be submitted within two years of high school graduation.
Students must have earned a B or higher in the applicable state-approved CTE program (B+ or higher for construction trades).
Step-by-step application instructions:
Student applies and is admitted to NMU.
Student completes the Student Application for Articulated CTE Credit form.
An instructor, counselor, or administrator for the high school, tech center, or ISD completes the School Verification form
Students will be notified once their application has been evaluated.
