The task was to create an ESD table that would take the place of the product currently sourced from Europe by the client. We not only managed to design, develop, and assist in its production, but we also stayed comfortably within the given budget. It has now become their flagship product and has achieved significant success.

Client wish to have these developed without involving into dies and mold. Looking at the quantities, We printed the required parts in 3D and enclosed all electronics inside. We also provided Lipo batteries giving a single charge life of 1-3 months depending on the usage.

We created this design for a local trader interested in producing head-mounted batteries that are frequently utilized by farmers. These batteries are rechargeable and provide reliable lighting for 8-10 hours. This product is quite well-liked among farmers. Thus, we approached this project as a design assignment focused on product integration and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) goals.

Our team has developed a highly efficient and modern server rack system, engineered with superior packing density. Designed with easy construction in mind. With fresh aesthetics and compliance to industry standards, the rack not only performs exceptionally but also enhances the visual appeal of server rooms. It features concealed hardware with froret, ensuring a clean and professional finish. Clubbing multiple units is seamless, thanks to a modular approach, while double-open doors with locking mechanisms offer both security and convenience. The back access from both sides further enhances accessibility and maintenance ease. This server rack is the perfect blend of functionality, style, and compliance, tailored for modern IT infrastructures.

The project involved the design of an economical CNC turning lathe, focusing on the abstract principles of turning. A range of concepts was proposed to achieve the final form of the design. Usability was a critical consideration, alongside the importance of maintaining proper ergonomics. The design process included the development of sheet metal forms and their integration with existing technical products.
