The first year of the 2024/2025 edition is running at the University of Porto, Faculty of Engineering, and starts September 2024.

Programme structure

Semester 1:

Seminar (12 ECTS) (1)
Thesis Workplan (12 ECTS)
Optional Learning Unit (6 ECTS) (2)

Semesters 2 to 6:

Thesis (150 ECTS)

(1) - In addition to several keynotes delivered by MAP research teams and renowned international scholars, the Seminar course also includes a module on Scientific Research Methodologies and another module on Introduction to entrepreneurship. (2) - See the section "Optional Learning Units" for more detail. The number of running courses will depend on the number of enrolled students and their choices.
