Although each teacher does things a little differently, the following things will help you have a  successful year in fifth grade!!                                                        

Dear Future Fifth Grade Parents/Guardians,

We are looking forward to a fun year of learning and growing with your child!  As the school year approaches, we wanted to share with you the following list of items your child will find useful to have in his/her desk.  All of the supplies that you can provide will be of great benefit to your child as the year progresses.  If there is something you are unable to purchase, please let your child's homeroom teacher know. 

If you choose to purchase these items for your child, please label them with your child’s name before sending them to school.   Thank you in advance for your support of your child’s learning.  We look forward to working with you in fifth grade!

• 3 Pocket Folders (Reading)

• 1 Homework Folder

• 2 sets of subject dividers

• 1 pencil pouch filled with the following:

  1. Pencils

  2. Erasers

  3. Post it notes

  4. Highlighters

  5. Pen(s)

  6. Dry erase markers and eraser

• White Board/Dry erase (OPTIONAL)

• 1 packages of index cards (OPTIONAL)

• 1 pair of headphones/earbuds (OPTIONAL)

• crayons/markers (OPTIONAL)

• reusable water bottle 

• Tissues & Clorox wipes are always welcome!!!!
