Hi! I'm Ms. Julie Bird. I teach third grade at Dallas Intermediate School. I am a graduate of Abington Heights High School and received a Cum Laude Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Keystone College. I received my Master's Degree from Wilkes University. Additionally, for the last past eight years, I have assisted the Pennsylvania Department of Education and the Data Recognition Corporation with the collection of assessment data, new item review, and item analysis regarding PSSA (Pennsylvania's System of School Assessment and CDT (Classroom Diagnostic Tool) testing. This is my nineteenth year as a teacher in the Dallas School District.
My mission for the class is for all students to achieve at the highest level they can. I want all students to respect their peers, their teachers, and themselves.
