The NCAA Clearinghouse has launched a series of services to support prospective student-athletes. The key features of the Clearinghouse services include:

From the NCAA Clearinghouse website, prospective student-athletes are able to access information needed to understand the Division I and Division II eligibility requirements, register with the Clearinghouse and access individual Clearinghouse records (there are NO requirements for Division III).

After completing the NCAA Clearinghouse Student Release Form either on-line or by mail, two copies MUST be given to the Guidance Office. One copy is sent out immediately to the NCAA Clearinghouse with the student's transcript (which includes 9th, 10th and 11th course grades). The other form is sent out to the NCAA Clearinghouse with the student's transcript after the student graduates (which includes 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th course grades).
