Volunteer Clearances

All members must have the following requirements completed prior to volunteering for school events:

• Volunteer Guidelines and Application

• PA State Police Criminal History Background Check

• PA State Child Abuse History Check

• Federal Criminal History Report (fingerprinting) -choose "Education" (Service Code: 1KG6XN)

*Fingerprints needed if not a PA resident for the last 10 years

A Dallas School District Volunteer Affirmation Form may be submitted in lieu of the Federal Criminal History Report for volunteers who have lived continuously within the Commonwealth of PA for the last 10 years.

*Criminal History Background Check & PA State Child Abuse History Check are FREE for volunteers.  Be sure to select the appropriate areas when completing the forms*

• Return all documents to the Wycallis Primary Center or the Dallas Intermediate School office.  Please mail or personally deliver them to the office.

• Contact the WPC or DIS office to schedule your orientation with Mr. Bradshaw or Mr. Traver.
