About the Teacher

Welcome to 7th Grade World History

I have been teaching in the Dallas School District for 24 years.  I am a Dallas graduate and have dedicated my life and professional career to this district.  After graduating from Dallas High School in 1994, I attended 4 years at Penn State University Park earning a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education, and later I earned a Bachelors degree in History.    I have a Masters degree  in Instructional Technology and Networking with an additional 36 credits in education related college classes.  I absolutely love what I do, and I'm one of the lucky ones who actually get to spend my career working with my passion, classical history.
