Key Accountabilities
Manage the daily team and complete the project within the hours allocated
Coordinate the suppliers and sub trades
Responsible for making sure all materials are onsite
Take detailed progress stage video/photos and save to PM Software
Assisting in the resolution of supply problems. Chasing suppliers who do not deliver on time
Site Safety
Take weekly Meetings and include all employees on site
Mentor others

Use of the appropriate PPE and act safely onsite. adhering to all the site safety requirements is non-negotiable

Work to align and uphold the company values
Take ownership of your own training and skills development. Read up on new materials and installation techniques.
Your tools are always available and ready for use
Complete all core carpentry tasks maintaining the highest quality

Preferable Experience
Experience in building architectural homes and managing a team of carpenters.
Compensation
Ranging from $35 - $40 + Benefits depending on experience and drive to succeed
