Transcript Request

Current SWC Students

If you are a current SWC student and would like to receive a copy of your transcript, send your request to jennifer.hudak@dsbn.org  Transcripts will be sent to your DSBN email address only and there is a 24 hr turnaround.

YOG < 5 Years

If your year of graduation is less than 5 years, send your transcript request to jennifer.hudak@dsbn.org. There will be a $20.00 processing fee and ID must be presented at the time of pickup. 

If you graduated from SWC and then attended another high school in Ontario, your transcript would be available from the last high school you attended. 

Note that if your request is for a College or University in Ontario, most institutions request an electronic copy of your transcript from your secondary school through OCAS or OUAC.

YOG = 5 Years+

If your year of graduation is 5 years or more, all transcript requests are fulfilled through the DSBN Ed Centre.  Transcripts and Diplomas
