Registering with PCHS if you are not currently enrolled with a DSBN school

Thank you in your interest in attending Port Colborne High School and becoming a member of the Blue Bear tradition.

To register and select courses for grade nine when you are not currently enrolled with a DSBN school in Port Colborne High School boundary, a parent or legal guardian with whom you live will need to contact the Main office at PCHS to arrange for an appointment.

Some documents the school will require:

• Proof of address

• Birth certificate / proof of Canadian citizenship or immigration status

• a copy of a IEP if relevant

• a recent grade eight report card (if available)

Other documents may be required (example: custody orders) to assist or complete the registration process.
