Non-SWC Boundary Gr. 9-12 Students

Parents/Guardians of DSBN Gr. 9-12 students who DO NOT reside within the SWC boundary will need to follow the steps below:

1. Parent/Guardian reaches out to their secondary school principal to discuss a transfer. A "Transfer Form" is completed and submitted by the secondary school to DSBN senior administration.

2. Parent/Guardian will be advised by their secondary school principal once the request has been processed and approved/denied.

3. If approved, SWC main office staff will be in contact with the parent/guardian to complete the registration process.

Parents/Guardians of Non-DSBN Gr. 9-12 students (e.g. currently enrolled in a Catholic, French, Private elementary school, home-schooled, out-of-province) who DO NOT reside within the SWC boundary will need to follow the steps below:

1. Parent/Guardian reaches out to the principal of their DSBN-boundary secondary school to work through the "Transfer Form" process. If you do not know which DSBN secondary school is your home school, click here: DSBN Find a School / School Locator

2. Parent/Guardian will be advised by the DSBN-boundary secondary school principal once the request has been processed and approved/denied.

3. If approved, SWC main office staff will be in contact with the parent/guardian to complete the registration process.
