We hope this email finds you well.
With the flu season upon us and an increase in H1N1 and Covid cases in the country, it is essential that we work together to ensure the continued functioning of the school. To this end, we kindly request that you carefully consider the following guidelines:
If your child demonstrates any flu or other symptoms (such as a runny nose, fever, cough, body aches, stomach aches, vomiting, or tiredness, watery eyes...), we strongly advise you to consult a pediatrician.
It is important to test your child if symptoms persist.
Please inform the school promptly if your child tests positive for any virus so that necessary measures can be taken to notify the entire class.
If your child is absent for more than 2 days, we kindly ask you to provide a medical report.
For the welfare of all students, the school reserves the right to request a medical report or to ask you to perform a test if deemed necessary.
By prioritizing the safety of your child, you contribute to the safety of the entire DISB community.
Once again, we urge you to refrain from sending your child to school if he/she presents any flu-like symptoms. Please be readily available to pick up your child upon receiving communication from the school. I
