MadLib Theatre

Aayam: The Drama Society of IITM-BS presents MADLIB THEATRE, a gamified version for script writing. Make your own story with desired twists just by altering the conversations as you like. Understand the plot and context and fill in the blanks with creative dialogues. Best dialogues will curate a script made by everyone of us that shall be released and read by our actors on 25th November 2023.

Based on the popular game of Mad Libs, this event incorporates theatre with asking for minimum efforts from the mass audience. Mad Libs originally is a phrasal template game wherein players are prompted for words to fill in the blanks to complete a story.

The objective of MadLib Theatre is to introduce theatre to the masses. It caters to the audience who do not wish to act but support and appreciate the art form. We plan to build an audience that is enthusiastic about theatre and get to know of different dramas and plays being done. Bringing out actors from that mass is a by-product we aim to utilize further as well.
