New Listening Center!

The entire school joined us at our Estimation Station to guess how many seeds were in the pumpkin. The second grade class helped us count 599 seeds!

Halloween Dance



We had a visit from "Fey", a Guide Dog in training.



The Kindergarten Class made a voting booth for the school to vote on their favorite way to eat corn. The choices were corn on the cob, caramel corn or popcorn and the WINNER WAS POPCORN!



We are thankful for our wonderful school!

We visited the Peconic Bay Skilled Nursing Facility, sang our Thanksgiving songs and gave the residents a gift.

Brian Heinz, a local author, came to visit our school and share his passion of writing children's books.

Extension activity from Brian Heinz's book, "Red Fox at McClosky's Farm". Mrs. Balcom, an accomplished artist, came in to make a sock and rod fox puppet with the class.
