Dr. Taylor Turner has been incredibly helpful in treating injuries and also preventing future ones. She is very knowledgeable, flexible to your needs, and educates you on the science behind the treatment, which I found particularly impactful. The sessions are very flexible, depending on your current needs, and may consist of dry needling, soft tissue therapy and massage, chiropractic therapy, or training.

The combination of chiropractic treatments and physical therapy doesn't just temporarily treat the problem, it addresses the root cause. After a bad experience with a traditional chiropractor, this was exactly what I was looking for. Dr. Taylor took the time to understand the pain I was experiencing and my goals and over the last few months has worked with me to create a program of exercises that target the problem areas and help ensure the pain stays away long term. I couldn't recommend Dr. Taylor more!

Dr. Taylor performed a thorough assessment and formulated a holistic treatment plan that took into account my lifestyle, diet, and other factors. She performed dry needling and chiropractic adjustments, along with multiple physical therapy exercises. Treatments were very specific and customized to my needs and what was feasible in my routine outside of her office.
I’m halfway through the treatment and It’s been a lifesaver. My joints feel significantly better, and more importantly, I feel equipped to prevent future injuries. Dr. Taylolr is warm, very thorough, and always encouraging. I have full trust in her expertise and highly recommend this practice!

Dr Taylor Turner have been a life saver. Literally. I’ve had chronic back issues for over a decade including herniated discs, sciatica, and lower back joint issues. I’ve tried everything imaginable including PT at multiple places with zero improvement. Eventually I had back surgery followed by more PT that did nothing.
I came in thinking this would be my last try to resolve my back issues and pain. After starting with Taylor, it was clear this would be different. She’s diligent, knowledgeable, committed to finding solutions, and extremely easy to talk to. This was the first time I actually felt like I was doing real work vs just being given things to do at home. Taylor constantly sent me new ideas, suggested lifestyle changes, and has taken a holistic approach. I can finally say that I feel 100% again (which I never thought would happen).
I highly highly recommend working with her. She’s the best in the business.

I have been working with Dr. Taylor for 6 sessions so far, focusing on nerve pain in my legs and lower back, and happy to say I am pain free. Thanks to Dr. Taylor, I am getting stronger every week. I owe a huge thanks to her for the amazing success so far and for teaching me so much about how my body moves. Her expertise and guidance have been invaluable, and I'm grateful for the progress we've made together

I have been going to Taylor for a couple months and I have really enjoyed it! She has helped me to find the root causes of my pain / injuries, has treated me through dry needling (although scary is actually not that bad) and chiropractic work, and come up with a clear plan to strengthen my body in our sessions and in my own time. She is also extremely easy to get along with, highly recommend!

This PT is a true GAME CHANGER. Don’t go anywhere else.
Since having abdominal surgery 2.5 years ago (post-partum) for an oophrectomy I’ve been in PT with various offices nonstop (including one other out-of-pocket), with slight shifts in solving the underlying problems but none that removed the issue fully or reliably, or didn’t create new problems that couldn’t be solved due to insurance rules. I can’t possibly recall how many hours I spent both in PT and at home rolling out knots and doing some (mostly unhelpful) exercises - many hundreds of hours if not into the thousands. It became so disheartening.
Going to Taylor was my last attempt to work with my issues, to essentially try to get back to pre-surgery functioning so that I could continue exercising as I used to and doing the things I love doing - hiking, etc., without chronic pain and tightness in my lower back and glutes. If that didn’t work I was going to go full-on mindfulness, accepting that my body just didn’t work as it used to anymore.
Taylor changed all that practically overnight. Her intake exam was much more comprehensive than anything I’d encountered in the past, and she asked questions that no one had asked before. She noted hyper flexibility in our first meeting and - after sharing with her my long history of stretching out every day - instructed me to stop stretching for now as I had areas in the trouble spots that were overstretched/hyperflexible. That alone was such a game changer. She also explained the science about that which made sense; being able to conceptualize why my body parts are doing what they’re doing is a huge help in discerning what to be concerned about and what to not.
In maybe my second or third meeting with her she noticed my hips were sort of misaligned. She briefly did some manual stuff - dry needling and a little massage. Then she gave me an exercise and - voila! - that issue is gone in like two days. She just seems to *know* exactly what’s going on and *know* exactly how to solve it, and quickly.
In Dec. I had a minor fall while skiing and felt a pop in my knee with some loss of strength and a little pain. I was dreading the news that I’d had an MCL or ACL injury. I went to a clinic and the doctor said it looked like I had an old MCL injury that maybe had gotten triggered, and to get a scan when I returned home. Luckily I saw Taylor first. She did a number of tests on it and concluded that it was fine, that the issue was with some muscle weaknesses just above and below the knee. Gave me exercises for that, and two-three days later the issue was gone. Likely saved myself an unnecessary surgery there!
I can’t remember the last time I had normal functioning but I have it now and it feels amazing. I’m around week 8 of my 12-week journey with Taylor and am rapidly gaining back the strength I had before the surgery. I’ve scheduled a Grand Canyon rim-to-rim-to-rim with my husband in Oct. and have no doubt that Taylor will help me get there.
THANK YOU TAYLOR!!!!
