Extended Learning

Dear Dighton-Rehoboth Families,

In an effort to provide students the opportunity to learn when school is not in session, Dighton-Rehoboth Regional School District has created this "extended learning" site, which contains suggested, supplemental resources and activities for students to continue learning at home.

Use the tabs above or click on the following links to access grade span specific supplemental resources:

PreK & Elementary Resources

Middle School Resources

High School Resources

One crucial entry point into learning is reading. Reading books from home, the library, or material online is a great way to expand one's knowledge. Elementary students benefit from books being read to them. Reading picture books or chapter books together is another great way to learn when school is not in session.

Please encourage your child to read, talk about what they are reading, and explore the resources on this site.

During the closing of Dighton-Rehoboth Regional school district due to Covid-19, all students are encouraged to remain active learners. Students are encouraged to read and engage in other learning activities of interest to them.

SOME CLASSROOMS UTILIZE GOOGLE CLASSROOM. IF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT, REMEMBER TO CHECK YOUR GOOGLE CLASSROOM AND SEE IF YOU HAVE A MESSAGE!

Libraries are Resources

Take advantage of our public libraries and digital downloads!

Even though our public libraries are currently closed, they have a great deal of digital resources available for download to devices or computers.

Dighton Public Library.

Rehoboth Public Library (Blanding Library).

If you do not have a library card, MA residents can sign up for an e-card through the Boston Public Library (BPL). An e-card provides access to all of their digital and streaming content without ever needing to get a physical library card.
