HOW MANY PEOPLE DOES YOUR VENUE HOLD?

Our Venue can accommodate up to 150 Guests based on the type/style and Setup of your event.


HOW CAN I RESERVE MY DATE?

Complete the online Contact Us Form and one of our team members will contact you to secure your date. 


HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?

We accept cash, credit/debit, or bank drafts. We require 50% of your venue total to secure your date, which will be deducted from your overall balance. All Balances are Due within 30 days of your event date. 


WHEN WILL WE GET THE KEYS FOR THE VENUE?

You will receive instructions via email to access a lockbox and retrieve the keys. Emails typically arrive approximately 15 minutes before your event rental, as specified in the contract. 


DO YOU ALLOW OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGES IN SPACES?

Outside food and beverages are permitted, but alcohol can only be sold with a valid North Carolina liquor permit. All vendors must be insured to operate at our venue. We are happy to provide you with our vendor recommendations. 

DO YOU PROVIDE THE PLATES, SILVERWARE, & NAPKINS?

Plates, Silverware and Napkins are not part of the standard package at Spaces, however, Dinnerware, Glassware, and Flatware can be added to your package via our add on service. 


WHAT FEES AND PAYMENT METHODS ARE REQUIRED TO BOOK?

We accept cash, credit/debit, or bank drafts. We require 50% of your venue total to secure your date, which will be deducted from your overall balance. A 5% service charge is added to all invoices. 


WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY?

Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. However, if available, you can transfer the balance to another service or date. The credited amount is valid for up to one year. 


DO YOU ALLOW FIREWORKS AT YOUR VENUE?

Fireworks are not permitted; sparklers are allowed for an outdoor send-off. 


WHAT ELSE IS PROHIBITED AT YOUR VENUE?

The venue strictly prohibits the use of glitter, confetti, open-flame candles, smoking, or any other form of fire. Nothing may be affixed to the walls,  floors, or ceiling using tape or any adhesive that could cause damage. (Floor Wraps must have a protective covering; damage caused by floor wraps will be charged to the rentor.
