9am to 4pm
Seven Invitations
If your days feel heavy and your body longs for ease,
If your mind is full and your heart carries the weight of others,
If you long for quiet space to simply be with your own thoughts and feelings,
If time in nature brings a whisper of peace,
If the world--or your own world--has felt heavy with grief, responsibility or challenging events...
This day-long retreat for women (inclusive) is a gentle invitation:
to pause, to rest deeply, move gently, and reconnect with your body, your heart, and the living world around you--
to gather strength, nourishment, and steadiness
so that when life feels hard, you can keep going with care for yourself and for the world you hold.

You're met by the strength and steadiness of the earth itself. You can rest on her. --Jack Kornfield

i want to rest
