9am to 4pm
9am to 4pm
Seven Invitations
Do you find yourself feeling burned out? Weary? Overwhelmed?
Do you feel disconnected from yourself? From your own body?
Do you long for time and space just to be with your own thoughts and feelings?
Does nature often feel restorative to you?
Has the world (or your world) felt heavy recently due to grief or responsbilities or difficult events?
If any of these questions resonate with you, this day long retreat for women (inclusive) is for you.

You're met by the strength and steadiness of the earth itself. You can rest on her. --Jack Kornfield
you must rest
and all at once
they fell into a deep sleep
all the tired women
that lived inside her
--the wound
(emory hall)
i don't want to be a portrait
of strength
or resilience
i want to lean into softness
i want to rest
(maiapoetry)
