There are two seperate entrances into our office. There is a door on the front of the building and a door inside the Walmart Vision Center.

Our establishment welcomes walk in patients Tuesday thru Saturday. We accept Tricare Prime insurance. We also offer a military discount for all active-duty members. 

We can also perform eye examinations and paperwork for the DMV for license renewals. 

We are happy to assist parents with young children. Dr. Kasza can accommodate eye exams for children as young as four. Our office also accepts Medicaid. 

New contact lens patients will receive assistance with learning how to properly care for, put in and take out their contacts.
