This Privacy Policy describes how the drivesmart Chrome Extension (the "Extension") handles your information. 

drivesmart does not collect or sell any personal data.

1. Extension Functionality:

• The Extension operates by syncing your deal in Dealertrack to your deal in drivesmart, and vice versa.

• The Extension uses the activeTab permission to access the current webpage in Dealertrack to sync into drivesmart and vice versa. This permission allows the extension to interact with the content of the currently active tab. 

• Local storage is used to save your drivesmart OAuth token after login. This allows data to be synced into drivesmart.

2. Information We Collect:

• drivesmart login information is required to connect and sync to your drivesmart account

• Users may logout at any time, as well as delete their user data from drivesmart.

3. Third-Party Services:

• This Extension does not use any third-party services that collect or process user data.

4. Updates to this Privacy Policy:

• We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the updated policy, which will be available on the Chrome Web Store page for the Extension.  

• Your continued use of the Extension after any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
