TH ONE ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") is a business operations management application that helps restaurants, hotels, and similar businesses manage purchases, sales, staff, and inventory ("Store Data") across one or more outlets. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
WHO THIS POLICY APPLIES TO
This policy applies to business owners, managers, and staff members ("Users") who are invited by their organization to access TH ONE, and to the organization ("Account Owner") that administers the app for its outlets.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Account information: name, email address, phone number, role/designation, and a PIN or password used to sign in.
- Business operations data: purchase records, sales records, inventory/stock levels, supplier and vendor details, staff records, and outlet configuration entered by Users in the course of normal business use.
- Device and usage information: basic technical data such as device type, operating system version, and app diagnostics/crash logs, used to keep the App working correctly.
HOW WE USE THIS INFORMATION
To provide core app functionality: purchase entry, sales tracking, inventory/stock management, staff management, and reporting.
- To authenticate Users and control access by role within an organization.
- To maintain, secure, and improve the App, including diagnosing technical issues.
- To communicate with Users about their account or important service updates.
DATA SHARING
We do not sell User or Store Data. Data entered into TH ONE is only accessible to authorized Users within the same organization/outlet, according to the roles and permissions configured by the Account Owner. We may share limited technical data with service providers (such as hosting and analytics providers) strictly to operate the App, under confidentiality obligations.
DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
Data is stored using reputable cloud infrastructure providers with industry-standard security practices, including encryption in transit. Access to Store Data is restricted to authenticated Users belonging to the relevant organization.
DATA RETENTION
We retain account and business operations data for as long as the account remains active, or as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. Account Owners may request deletion of their organization's data by contacting us.
YOUR CHOICES
Users can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal account information by contacting their Account Owner/administrator or by reaching out to us directly using the contact details below.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
TH ONE is a business operations tool intended for use by adult staff members of a registered business. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
