**How we use it**
We use your information only to provide and improve our services: preparing your sleep plan, scheduling visits, communicating with you, and processing payment. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except:
- Service providers who help us operate (e.g., payment processors, scheduling software)
- If required by law
**How we protect it**
Client information is stored securely and access is limited to Driftwood Sleep Co. We retain client records after our engagement ends, unless you request deletion.
**Your choices**
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing amanda@driftwoodsleepco.com.
**Children's information**
As a family sleep coaching service, we necessarily collect information about your child as part of providing services. We do not use this information for any purpose beyond your engagement with us.

**Not medical advice**
Driftwood Sleep Co. provides sleep coaching, education, and consulting services. We are not physicians, nurses, or licensed medical providers, and nothing we provide — verbally, in writing, or through our sleep plans — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your pediatrician or another qualified healthcare provider regarding your child's health, development, and any medical concerns, including before beginning any sleep training approach.
**Individual results vary**
Every baby and family is different. While we draw on established sleep science and our training, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, timelines, or results.
**Your responsibility**
You are responsible for your child's safety and wellbeing at all times, including during and after any consultation or in-home visit. You should use your own judgment, informed by your pediatrician's guidance, about which recommendations to follow for your family.
**Website content**
Content on this website, including sample schedules, wake-window guidance, and blog-style resources, is provided for general educational purposes only and is not a substitute for individualized guidance from your pediatrician or a personalized sleep plan.
**Limitation of liability**
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Driftwood Sleep Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our services are also governed by the Service Agreement you sign as a client, which contains additional terms.
**Governing law**
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
