WHat does No-Obligation Really Mean?

Once we review your property details and conditions we will present a fair offer for your home that includes no fees or commissions to be paid by you. Once you review the offer, the decision to move forward is 100% yours with no pressure from us. 

Will it be a cash offer?

Yes. At the minimum you will receive an all cash offer to purchase your property. However, there are other lucrative offers that we will submit if your property meets certain criteria. Should it meet our criteria, those options will be included along with a cash offer for you to choose from.

How are the offers determined?

Our offers are determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to: location, repairs, current condition of property, comparable values of homes sold nearby, and market trends. Our goal is to present an offer that works for you and works for us as well.

Will you be listing on the MLS?

We buy homes that meet our purchasing criteria below market value, as-is with no repairs necessary, and close much faster than an on-market sale with no fees to the seller. We present sellers with our estimates for time and cost to repair or renovate the property and with what it would cost to sell on market once those repairs are made. It is up to you, as the seller, if you would rather take that on and list with an agent or take us up on our offer for a fast and headache-free transaction.

As agents, we can also list your home for you, if you wish to go that route.

What fees or commissions are involved?

This is what makes working with us different from traditional method of selling your house: There are no fees or commissions when you sell your house to us. We’ll make you an offer, and if you agree, then we’ll buy your house. The responsibility of any repairs and further sale or rental is ours and you walk away without the burden of the property and its payments. 

Should you decide to list on the MLS with us as agents, our standard commission applies.

How do I know this is legitimate?

We submit proof of funds with every single offer we make. 

We use the same sales contracts you would sign if you sold your home using a realtor.

We only conduct business transactions through reputable lawyers or title agencies.
