Hi, I’m De Anne Vaughan – and I believe real estate should feel a little more like home.

I’ve spent over 30 years in customer service, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that people want to feel heard, understood, and cared for. Whether I was helping a customer solve a problem or now helping a family buy or sell their home, my goal has always been the same: treat people like I’d want to be treated.

I’m a proud mom of four amazing kids and grandma to ten beautiful (and let’s be honest—wild!) grandkids. I lived most of my life in Virginia, but in 2011 I made the move to sunny Florida. I’ve fallen in love with the lifestyle, the community, and helping others plant roots here too.

As a widow, I understand what it means to go through life’s big changes—and how important it is to have someone in your corner who gets it. That’s why I do what I do. Real estate isn’t just about houses. It’s about transitions, fresh starts, and creating a space where life can happen.
