Basics Woodworking for Kids:
This summer camp is for children from the age of 10 - 16. Parents can join - no extra charge!
Every course will have a maximum number of 4 students only.
German Master Carpenter Ulli Drews will teach the classes in English and Cantonese.
The students will be able to design their own item and craft it from scratch. We will use hand tools like hammer and chisel, handsaw, hand planer...
We will teach about wood in general as materiel, how to connect solid wood with traditional joints, the use of carpentry hand tools and its safety.
Every child who enjoys using their hands building things or wants to learn about it will love this course.
Kids Basics Course fee: $1800 (3 x 2.5 hours course)
兒童木工基礎課程
現誠邀 10–16歲兒童參加暑期課程。家長可免費陪同參與，可選擇與孩子一同動手，或在旁觀課。
課程採用小班教學，每班最多4位學員，由德國資深木匠 Ulli Drews 親自授課，並以英語及廣東話教學，確保學習清晰易明。
學員將由零開始設計及製作個人作品，並學習： 木材基本知識, 傳統榫接技巧, 木工手工具的使用方法及安全
課堂會使用多種傳統手工具，例如鎚、鑿、手鋸及手刨等，讓學員全面體驗木工製作過程。
適合喜歡動手創作，或對木工有興趣的學生參加。
兒童課程：$1800（3節，每節2.5小時）

Basics Woodworking for Youth:
We also invite teenagers from the age of 14-18 to join the Youth Basics Woodworking Course taught by Jon.
This 4x3hr session course will cover the same basic woodworking skills, and also introduce the basic skills for using CAD software (Autodesk Fusion) for design, as well as basic CNC woodworking components.
You will need to bring your own laptop.
Youth Basics Course fee: $2800 (4 x 3 hours course)

我們亦設有 14–18歲青少年木工基礎課程，由 Jon 教授。課程共4節，每節3小時，除以上基本木工技巧外，亦會介紹：
• CAD 設計（Autodesk Fusion）入門
• CNC 木工基礎概念
學員需自備手提電腦。
