Materials needed: 3D printer ; no specific color
The skull part will be printed out in one piece so really we would just need to size it to make sure it compliments the rest of the body so that it could be printed and then given maybe a older look
thinking Sa'mya would be responsible for that part but I would need the help of Keith for the actual 3D structure and Keyshawn for the math on the sizing. The skull would be attached to the spin maybe glued or connected by a piece that was 3D printed. The final skeleton would be standing up
Materials needed : 3D printer no specific color.
We will first need to figure out what we will be splitting up and dividing.work. Then we will sketch out the different parts of the body in their expected sizes. Then we will make a draft on tinkercad to work more on scaling. Then we will 3D print the whole thing and put the parts together.
It will be painted at the end once everything is printed.
The bones will be different colors in each section so represent the different parts of the skeleton
Mak’yla is responsible for the bones in this section. I will be needing support from Keith and Keyshawn with math and technology.
This section will be glued to the other parts of the body.
The final skeleton will be standing up
We will have small words on the back
What references/resources will you use to guide you in completing this section? (Videos, websites, photographs - Required: 2 per section
For this part, it will be printed as one with spine and rib cage connected. We will need to figure out the size and the length for each of the sections of the skeletal system to fit with each other. Keith is responsible for 3D printing out the sections for the skeletal system. I will aid keith with figuring out the length and width for all the pieces to fit together. Once all the pieces are all printed, we will end up gluing them together. When the project is finished, we’ll have our skeletal system label and our resources listed with it.
