Today we did a PBL project under Fast fashion and we under stand how the clothing industry affects daily life in vietnam and in china, we also learned about the working conditions and safety concerns at one of these factories / they get paid on minimum wage or below it per hour but they have to work 12 hour days and complete 75 hour weeks / and only get 1 rest day a month and most of these clothes are costing less or more than minimum wage and it raises some concerns with worker safety like workers get exposed to toxic chemicals and leaving the exits blocked just for people so they can not leave the factory. But as people choose what type of clothing that they have chosen like material synthetic fibers Polycarbont plastic.
