About Me !!!

My name is Makayla Arnold and I am a student at Drew charter school in 10th grade. I play on the varsity basketball team I also played softball and soccer. On my free time I listen to music, sleep and play basketball. While I am in school I am known to make my friends laugh.

Goals....

I hope to graduate high school with a good GPA. In my senior year I hope to have at least 10 offers. I know it's possible because I don't give up and I am a hard worker. Hopefully I could go a year with only getting straight A's.

Recycled Material Textile Research about braiding. the history - origin of braids can be traced back 5000 years in African culture to 3500 BC, Braid patterns ere an indication of a person's tribe, age, marital status, wealth, power, and religion. tradition has been passed down for thousands of years.

I don't know nothing about fiber art but according to the research Fiber art refers to fine art whose material consists of natural or synthetic fiber Fibers and textiles can relate to science such as the materials used to make them and what they are made of. We created a collage with fibers and textiles and were asked to explain why we chose them

This project was all over the place for me. Communication was horrible with my group. I feel like a big project like that will not work because my group had other stuff to do and it was hard for us to get it done. I prefer to work by myself next time. Over all i had fun in the beginning and in the middle leading to the end i was about to give up.project
