In this project, my group and I created a PowerPoint about a trip to Spain that included what we would pack, activities to do, foods to try, and how our trip would go overall. Through this project, I learned how to present and think on my feet in Spanish, using what I knew to improvise under pressure. It also helped me expand my vocabulary by finding different ways to express ideas when I didn’t know a specific word. A key linguistic skill I developed was pushing myself beyond my comfort zone and not limiting my Spanish vocabulary. One challenge of this project was collaborating with my group members — we had to rely on each other to complete our parts and make sure everyone fully understood the presentation.
