Foundations Of Engineering
Foundations Of Engineering
In this project we will be making an Infinity Mirror. This project will allow for me to improve in sketching, planning, Geometry, Coding, Design, and Constructing.
The objective is to understand the construction, material, code, and master some python. I have to learn do and make, while upstanding the criteria for success.
In the process of making the infinity mirror, I have limits, restraints, and targets. I will demonstate that I know how to use the engineering design process by following the steps in order as well as documenting my deisgns process and final product properly. I will also draw a detailed and labeled sketch showsing I understand the physics of an infinity mirror and include it in my EDN

Band Saw Box
My box is 10 x 3 x 3. It was cut, sanded, and glued. We did this project to learn how to use tools like the bandsaw, miter saw, and belt sander, etc. It is used to hold materials of choice.
What was the intended function of your box and how does the design contribute to the function.
To hold coins for my dad. My dad has a lot of coins and is running out of space to hold them.
It has a cool design, and the color, and design represents coins.
Describe one thing you are most proud of about the box itself.
I am proud about the design I made on my box.
Describe one thing about your physical box you would improve on if you could do it again.
My top, I would change it to a coin shape.
What is one challenge you faced while doing this project that you were able to overcome and how did you overcome it?
One challenge I faced was me being nervous, but I overcame it and did what I had to do.
What is one skill that you learned so well in this project that you would feel comfortable teaching it to another student?
I learned how to use the tools.
Even though everyone ended with their own project, how did teamwork/collaboration play a role in this project? Offer specific shout outs to acknowledge those who helped you.
Shout out to Brandon, he helped me learn the wood burner, and Audrey, she inspired me with my design.
CORNHOLE BOARD
We checked for any nails, screws, staples, and sticker.
We cut our wood for a precise measurement for our legs, and sides for our frame, we also cut it with the table saw.
We then glued and nailed down our frame together and sanded with the belt sander.
