This is the DECIDE model. It's a six-step, structured framework used to make deliberate, transparent, and effective decisions in management, aviation, and problem-solving

D – Define the problem: Clearly state the core issue or the decision that needs to be made without jumping to conclusions.

E – Establish the criteria: Determine the rules, goals, limits, and standards that the final solution must meet.

C – Consider all alternatives: Brainstorm and list every possible choice or course of action available.

I – Identify the best alternative: Compare your options against your criteria and select the most favorable choice.

D – Develop and implement a plan of action: Put your chosen solution into motion with concrete steps.

E – Evaluate and monitor: Watch the results, gather feedback, and adjust the solution if things do not go as planned
