🌟 Project: The Seasons — Spanish & Art Integration Poster
Create a poster titled “Las estaciones” (The Seasons) that visually and verbally represents the annual cycle of the seasons in Spanish. The poster must be attractive, creative, and should capture the viewer’s attention.
✍️ Instructions:
Your poster must have the title “Las estaciones” written in large, readable letters that can be seen from a distance.
For each season (spring, summer, fall, winter) you must include:
The three months that belong to that season
What you like to wear during that season
Two activities you like to do during that season
Sentences must be complete, written in Spanish, and must match your visuals
Use the elements and principles of design you’re learning in art class to make your poster visually appealing and balanced.
Present your poster orally in class in Spanish.
Record a video of your presentation and upload it to your digital portfolio along with:
Each part of the project will count as a separate grade in Infinite Campus:

The portfolio documentation (poster photo, video, instructions, and rubrics)

Students will create a visually engaging poster in Spanish that demonstrates their understanding of the four seasons by identifying related months, appropriate clothing, and activities. They will combine written and spoken Spanish with visual elements, using art and design principles to communicate meaning creatively and clearly.
By the end of this project, I can:
