In our epic project, we are creating a 5-page epic with an element that is relevant for our superhero. Then we are creating a storyboard about our epic in dr. Kurt class. In class, we will make a storyboard on the story of our epic what every our epic is about that is what the storyboard is on. Our epic is about the life of Astro the son of Poseidon and queen Alora. Astro was exiled because a guard of the royal family leaked out information to a spy that was trying to end the royal family’s bloodline by killing Astro. In an attempt to try to kill him, the spy was stopped by a family friend. So with the information out queen Alora sends him away from the city of Aloris with her family friend Demi

Food, religion, merchandise, and people were traded across the hemisphere during the Columbian Trade. We were separated into groups and assigned to one of the hemispheres, where we prepared dinners using foods native to that region. We were able to see a physical representation of each of the dishes thanks to the initiative. I learned about where certain foods, animals, and diseases come from.
