Attending dual enrollment at Georgia Piedmont for Early Childhood Education has been an incredible opportunity for me to gain hands-on experience while earning college credits. This program has allowed me to deepen my understanding of child development, classroom management, and early childhood teaching strategies. By balancing high school and college coursework, I've not only enhanced my academic skills but also developed a passion for working with young children. It's been a rewarding journey that has set a strong foundation for my future career in early childhood education.

I recently earned my CPR card at Georgia Piedmont College, where I had to demonstrate my skills on both a fake baby and a fake adult. During the training, I practiced chest compressions, rescue breaths, and the proper techniques for responding to choking incidents. It was a hands-on experience that required precision and confidence, ensuring I could perform CPR correctly in an emergency. Passing the final test and receiving my certification was a rewarding moment, knowing that I now have the skills to potentially save a life.
