In this project I worked with two other people to create an animation that incorporated World History, Spanish, Chemistry, and Art. We first wrote a story and made sure to include an ancient civilization from World from , a Spanish character and Spanish speaking scene. We also needed to make sure we included an element from Chemistry. We used values of art when we put together all of the slides that went into making our animation. To make our animation we created scenes with slides and used thought/voice bubbles to show that the characters were talking or thinking and backgrounds depending on where it was taking place. We also created characters themselves and things that they were holding. When we put all of the slides together it was a sort of stop motion like video and so them me and my partners recorded ourselves saying the words that the characters were saying and put that on top of the video. You can see the finished result to the left.
In this project I used natural dyes to dye pieces of paper and made three different pots with different concentrations of turmeric to see how that would affect the color. Here is the procedure video.

Whenever we began using a new set of vocabulary words we write sentences using at least 5 of those spanish words to get accustomed to them. The writing in purple is my example of how I used new vocabulary words in a sentence.
Spanish has been my favorite subject this year because my teacher has really supported us in our learning even online. It had been truly great and I am so excited to start in Spanish four next year
