The helping yourself project is for 11th graders to go on a diet for a week. My group chose the weight watchers diet during our diet we can eat fruit, vegetables, and lean proteins. Doing this diet will help my health its great for high blood pressure, heart problems, high cholesterol and more. I don't think the diet will be hard because a lot of the stuff in the diet is stuff that I eat. I would recommend the diet to people with health problems
