Before the project could officially begin, I had to develop a project proposal. The purpose of a project proposal is to propose the project to people who don't understand the meaning to everything.

My Discovery Question for this project is connecting the decision of Plessy v. Ferguson to the expansion of Jim Crow laws and the formation of the NAACP. this question will require me to investigate the expansion of Jim Crow laws (standard and element).

In this project I propose to create a public service announcement. I chose this because people need to understand how bad everything is getting (how does this product relate to your life or how does it allow you to showcase your skills).
