Today i made a sculpture that would later be a crystal sculpture. Borax is a naturally occurring mineral compound and a salt of boric acid. It is commonly used in household cleaning products, as a laundry booster Borax is a compound made of sodium, boron, and oxygen, molecules. Hot water is used to dissolve borax more effectively which allows for more than the normal amount to be in the water. As the solution cools, the reduced solubility of borax causes it to crystallize and form the desired borax crystals. My sculpture is dynamic because it reminds me of my favorite artist.

I learned that abstraction art began when artists started to focus on shapes, colors, and lines instead of making things look exactly like they do in real life. They wanted to show feelings, ideas, or emotions through their art rather than just showing what things looked like. So, even though they might look different, they're all using abstraction to communicate something different in their art. this art can relate to math/science by in cooperate certain shape that need precise lines an angles that can be measured. for example Ada Dietz was an artist that used math in her art pieces. also Abstract art can be related to science and math because it often involves shapes, patterns, and colors, just like in math and science. Think about how you use shapes and colors when you're drawing or painting. me personally I would rather make the art my self then draw from steps or data even though I feel as if that's its own art in its self but I find the factor of doing something on your own is better.
