Today we did an assignment where we had to measure a tall object without measuring it, me and my partner chose to do the top of the gym to the floor. We estimated that it would be around 25-26 feet. Using our skills in trigonometry, we figured out that it was actually 27 feet tall, meaning we were off by about 1-2 feet.
In class, we spent a few periods on this weather assignment combining multiple components of steam into one project. We used technology such as editing software and a green screen to ensure that our video looks neat and professional.
Today In class we used matrix's and stop motion to show different transformations in graphs. We used the matrix to graph multiple different images. In the video you can see the different types of transformations. This helped us with patterns, and learning how to manipulate a matrix.
