The Law of Conservation of Energy states that in a system energy is neither created nor destroyed it can only be transferred and transformed. This tells us that energy can only go from one form to another in a way of transformation due to its inability to either destroy something or create new energies. Some commonly known energies are thermal, sound, chemical, nuclear, electrical, mechanical, and radiant energy. Energy is also seen and used in everyday life, Driving a car needs energy. Cooking food uses energy. Even watching TV needs energy. An example of The Law of Conservation of Energy is a microwave going from electrical energy to producing light energy and thermal energy all at once.
