Every child will receive their own academy account that they can use to access school resources. Email addresses are always your child's "username" followed by academy website address eg: TMA19JaKi@thomasmiddlecott.co.uk
Students can access resources by logging into:
Secondary Students login at www.secondary.dret.cloud
Primary Students login at www.primary.dret.cloud
Your child can reset their password by going to www.password.dret.cloud, If they can't self-reset then please submit an IT Support request with the following details:
Child's Full Name
Child's Academy Name
Child's Form Group/Tutor
Most subject platforms will be set up with Microsoft 365 Sign In allowing your child to login using their academy email and password. If however further assistance is required please ask your child to speak with their subject teacher.

All students at DRET academies can download Microsoft Office 365 completely free with their academy account.

Download the version appropriate for your device
We recommend setting up a "Browser Profile" for your child to use with their academy account. This will make signing into school resources easier and avoid conflicts with personal accounts.

Visit secondary.dret.cloud / primary.dret.cloud in any web browser.
Login to Microsoft with an academy email and password.
Locate and click the Teams icon on the dashboard.
Your child will now be logged into Microsoft Teams.
For ease of access and on mobile devices you may wish to utilise the official Microsoft Teams app on Android and iOS.

Microsoft Sign-In
If your academy has opted to use Microsoft Sign-in for Student Portal your child will use the Microsoft Account button on desktop or Magic Link on mobile. In the case your child has forgotten their academy login they should follow the guidance under My child has forgotten their Password.
Stand-alone Logins
If your child has forgotten their stand-alone Student Portal login we recommend using the "Forgotten Details" link to receive a recovery email.
Go to www.bromcomvle.com .
Click "Forgotten Login Details?"
Enter the academy "School Code" and your child's academy email address.
Ask your child to login to academy emails via secondary.dret.cloud/primary.dret.cloud.
Locate and follow the instructions on the recovery email.

So they can respond without delay please ensure you include the following information on your request:
The full name of your child
Which academy your child attends
Detailed description of your issue and any error messages you see (screenshots/photographs are ideal)
