We provide secure, confidential mail handling and forwarding services to licensed professionals. All incoming mail is delivered to our professional suite and stored in a locked, restricted-access area until it is forwarded. Mail is not opened, read, or discarded unless we receive written instructions to do so under exceptional circumstances.
This service is designed to meet the needs of remote or hybrid practitioners who require a stable, professional mailing address for licensure, billing, or legal correspondence, and who prefer to have their mail forwarded to a home or alternate address.
Our mail handling process follows best practices for privacy and discretion, supporting therapists and other professionals who work off-site but need a reliable, secure office-based address for their professional presence.

As healing arts professionals ourselves, we are committed to maintaining the privacy and security of all correspondence, including materials that may contain protected health information (PHI). While we do not open or process PHI on behalf of subtenants, we recognize that PHI may be sent to therapists and other professionals at this address and take the following steps to ensure HIPAA-compliant handling:
Secure Storage -- All incoming mail is delivered to our professional suite and stored in a locked, restricted-access area not accessible to the public or unauthorized individuals. Only the leaseholder or designated administrator manages the sorting and handling of mail.
Confidential Handling and Forwarding -- Mail is labeled by addressee and held unopened. All mail is forwarded to the subtenant’s designated address on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule. We do not open, read, or discard any correspondence unless written instructions are provided by the subtenant under exceptional circumstances.
No PHI Storage or Processing -- We do not store, file, or manage opened mail that may contain PHI. Subtenants are responsible for HIPAA-compliant recordkeeping and disposal of any PHI received through the forwarding service.
Limited Access -- The mail storage area is private, secure, and not accessible to clients, visitors, or non-authorized personnel.
Breach Notification -- In the event of a suspected breach of confidentiality (e.g., misdirected or mishandled mail), subtenants will be notified promptly, and appropriate steps will be taken to investigate and mitigate any potential risk.
By using this mail handling and forwarding service, subtenants acknowledge their responsibility to comply with HIPAA and agree to handle all PHI received at the address in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations.
