"It's hard to put into words how much Julie has meant to my wife and me during our travels. Our daughter initially recommended her after Julie incredibly helped her with airline credits and even lost luggage and a baby seat. We then trusted Julie with our own two-week Mediterranean cruise, and it was simply unbelievable. She meticulously planned every detail, handled our flights, and ensured seamless check-ins.
When the airline lost my luggage, leaving me without clothes for the trip, Julie was a lifesaver. She immediately stepped in and resolved everything, getting my bag to me in time to fully enjoy the cruise. On our return from Greece, without internet access, she again took care of all our check-ins and baggage arrangements. And when the airline again misplaced my son's and my bags, leaving us stranded in Boston without clothes, Julie jumped into action. She tracked down our luggage, which we're expecting soon. Julie isn't just a travel agent; she's a guardian angel! We'll never use anyone else. A Big Shout Out to Julie Giuffre, travel agent! I was blown away by her thoroughness, kindness, and follow through during our holiday travels! I had planned a Christmas/New Year’s Trip meeting my son and family in Cancun. Not only was Julie amazing during the planning…but through the entire trip! My trip nearly turned upside down when on my way to the airport at 5:00 am in my Uber, I received a text from Delta Airlines that my flight had been canceled. My new flight was to be rescheduled in 24 hours and I was so frustrated~ I did NOT want to lose a day at the beach with my family! Not to mention my early morning, prearranged Uber was $45! I texted Julie, knowing she might be awake since she’s in EST… lo and behold, she texted right back. Within 90 minutes, she had me on one of the last seats available on Sun Country Airlines! Even before I could get from terminal 1 to terminal 2. Amazingly, I only lost 30 minutes of my vacation! Julie to the rescue for sure… not to mention, the hand holding (mine). She texted me and we chatted on phone through the entire process. If anyone is looking to book a family trip… I promise you, you will Not be disappointed! Thank you, Julie! Just got home from an AMAZING trip to Mexico! Dragonfly/Julie was so helpful with booking our group (38 people!). We booked a year in advance & from day one.. to the last day of our trip she was responsive to (all ) my questions! Was even able to coordinate a private reception for our group while on our resort..which was such a nice touch for our large party to regroup & CELEBRATE our time together! highly recommend
Julie did a great job with our vacation made it very memorable and flawless. We were flying out the day before the big storm. Julie gave us constant updates on our flights and our connections making sure we didn’t miss a beat or a flight the hotel she put us in was amazing. We had a two part vacation one going to Orlando to watch our granddaughter‘s gymnastics competition and then fly out from there to Jamaica and she did an incredible job with our flights. Our accommodations are transfers. She is a complete and total Professional. I would recommend her services to anyone who wants to enjoy a vacation and relax and not worry about getting there or getting home.
If I could give Julie a 100 stars I would! Back in March 2024 Julie helped me book my dream family vacation to the Bahamas! She went above and beyond to give me the best deals and did all the research for me I didn’t even have to lift a finger! Come January 2025 we went on the best vacation, made so many amazing memories I will cherish and hold on to forever! Unfortunately our flight home got cancelled due to snow back home in Boston and Julie was incredible to help us book our flights back home since the airline wasn’t able to get us out for 3 days! Through everything that we had encountered in those last 3 days Julie made sure we were all squared away while me and my husband were able to enjoy some more time in the sun. I can’t thank Julie enough she will be my forever travel agent. I have since recommended her to everyone I know! Thank you again Julie. I’ll be forever grateful for you!!!

Julie was very helpful in booking our honeymoon. She was helpful in conceptualizing our fragmented ideas into an amazing trip. She was always reachable, even on weekends, and very prompt in her responses. She booked the cruise, the flights, the hotels, and even offered her assistance with booking excursions. Her itinerary platform was super organized and easy to use. She was great at paying attention to the little details and things we hadn't thought of. Highly recommend her!
