Beep Test

Held Monday February 23rd, 2026

To practice:

1. Set two cones 20 yards apart on the turf (if you want to practice the test under more difficult dimensions, set the cones 22 yards apart)

2. Grab a Ball

3. Press play for the test (wear headphones or use a speaker)

4. Only start running after each beep, don't leave the line early

5. Practice completing level 5 while dribbling the ball (you are done with the ball once you hear "Start Level 6")

6. Press Pause, take a 2 min rest

7. Continue beep test without the ball until you hear "Start Level 9"
