School-Based Health Clinics Remain Open at Select Locations
Several Denver Health School-Based Health Centers (SBHC) continue to provide care for all students during this time. Every precaution is being taken at each SBHC around cleanliness and safety for in-person appointments, such as well-child checks and immunizations. The following locations are open 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Friday:
Florence Crittenton, 55 S. Zuni St.
Evie Dennis Campus, 4800 Telluride St.
Place Bridge Academy, 7125 Cherry Creek N. Dr.
For all other concerns, doctors offer telehealth appointment. Denver Health has a full team of mental health therapists also available. All services are provided at no cost to families.

Telehealth Appointments at Denver Health Available in Any Language
During the COVID-19 outbreak and beyond, Denver Health is also offering telehealth appointments to all patients in all languages – which are a doctor's appointment by phone. Patients do not need to leave their homes and no special equipment is needed. The telehealth appointments are available whether you are a new or existing Denver Health patient.
Current and new patients can make a telehealth appointment by calling 720-583-7998 or online through the free MyChart app.
