Donate your recyclables to the art room!
Items we are always looking for:
Paper towel and toilet paper rolls (our most used items) Corks, Bottle tops, tin foil, packing peanuts, yarn, small wood scraps, game pieces you no longer use, beads, other small fun items that you might have an abundance of.
The art room is a choice based environment. There are various art mediums they get to choose from each day. As the year goes on they will propose their own in depth works that they would like to complete in the stations that speak to them.
Teaching for Artistic Behaviors
There are 3 guiding principals to the TAB teaching philosophy. The child is the artist, the classroom is their studio and in it we do what artists do! (Problem solve, experiment, persist, explore, observe and more!)
