School Social Work Bachelor's Intern - Ms. Diana
Hi everyone, my name is Diana Plata and I am a senior in the BSSW program at MSU Denver. I have always wanted to work in education as a social worker to motivate and encourage students to build the best versions of themselves! I enjoy traveling, being in the outdoors, and going on hikes with my boyfriend and dog.
I am at Vista Academy on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Prevention and Therapeutic Specialist - Sanice Rhea
I have been a social worker for over 25 years in various capacities. The past 19 years as a school social worker in DPS. I am all about relationships and connecting with students, families and community. As a social worker, I am always available for our students and putting Students First. My connections with students and their families are at the core of the work I do. I have two daughters and a granddaughter. I have 2 cats, Sheba and Lil Kitty and one dog Buddy. In my free time I like to raft, read, and sleep (my nap time is important 🙂)
