Whova is the scheduling app that Colorado HOSA uses at the SLC. Make sure you download the app from your invite link (check your spam) if you haven't used the app before. Then sign up (you can use your school email) and search "State Leadership Conference" and click "Colorado SLC".

Once in the app or website, add your competition/ volunteering events to your agenda by clicking "add to agenda" on the right side. Then, sign up for as many educational symposiums as you desire by clicking the "RSVP" on the right side.

You can preview your full agenda by using the toggle at the top, switching from "Full Agenda" to "My Agenda". It is recommended to take a screenshot of your agenda as the app sometimes will not load at the SLC. 

The SLC is an annual event where HOSA members from around Colorado gather to participate in competitive events, workshops, and networking opportunities. The conference serves as a platform for students to demonstrate their knowledge and skills in various healthcare-related fields, compete in events, and qualify for the ILC if they perform well. The SLC will be held February 13-15, 2026 at the Gaylord of the Rockies  hotel.

You can start thinking about what event you want to compete but registration is not for a bit. 

The ILC is HOSA's premier event, held annually, where members from around the world gather after qualifying through their state or regional conference. It provides students with opportunities to compete in their chosen event, and is the place to show off your hard work and skills. Students who perform well can earn awards, scholarships, and recognition on an international stage. The conference also features keynote speakers, career expos, and other activities designed to inspire. The ILC will be in Nashville Tennessee this year from June 18-21, 2025.
